I'm not quite sure just what you are asking, Chris. Is it the Resmed VPAP Auto you have or one of the other Resmed VPAPs? What won't work?
I have a VPAP Auto 25 and ResScan 3.3. Cant download from the machine. Seems to be a driver problem. The program is fine but I keep getting a message that says the device needs to be attached th the computer when it is. I have the USB adapter and cable not a card reader. Looks like I need a updated USB driver. I thought you might have to have the Auto 25 set to a mode like Results before you can download but I dont think so. Might need the driver or Res Scan 3.7. No customer support so I am up the creek.
Chris, I can't vouch for this personally, but I have read in the cpaptalk forum of those in the USA contacting Resmed in Australia (not the USA) and Resmed in Australia will send you the updated ResScan 3.7 if you have purchased ResScan 3.3 and have an incompatible S8 II xPAP. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. What have you go to lose in contacting them?

The VPAP Auto 25 is an S8 II machine, so ResScan 3.3 is NOT compatible with the VPAP Auto 25. Version 3.4 is OK if you use XP, and 3.5 will work OK with XP or Vista. But there is no way to make version 3.3 of ResScan work with any S8 II machine, as far as I know.

Thanks. The Resmed web site stinks with the info you need on software. You gave me more info.

I know not to bother with Resmed USA they blew me off alredy. Will try the Australia links from the web site.

Thank You.
GOOD LUCK!!
jnk, I haven't run into that problem w/ResScan 3.7 w/the cable reader.
What are the specs on your computers?
You would ask that, Chris. Can you tell me how to find that info?

All I know is I have a clone PC and Windows XP.

All I know is I have a clone PC and Windows XP.

Go to start, control panel, system. That will give you the basics.
Thank you, Chris.
