    I have lost 40 lbs since this picture was taken. I am feeling so much and sleep is much more peaceful. When should I be tested again for sleep apnea? Anyone know? I've moved away from the doctor who tested me for it. Jan

    Wow!! Way to go on losing weight!!! I admire you. I need to really lose and can't seem to get motivated.

    Which cpap machine are you using? How long have you been on treatment? Which mask do you use and what is your pressure? I know lots of questions, but it helps me to remember you.

    If I didn't have a data capable machine I would probably request another sleep study. If you have a data capable machine you can check your numbers and see where you are at.
