Marianne, given the spam you've posted, i.e. Daily Pet, Daily Flora, Daily Kitty, Daily Puppy I don't know whether to welcome you to the forum or not. This forum is NOT the place for those posts, they are just plain spam regardless how cute or petty you happen to think they are.

If you are here to learn about OSA and CPAP therapy and ask for help or offer to share your advice and experiences you are more than welcome. But ..... no more of the spam, please.

Maybe the SleepGuide Crew will see things differently, but I rather doubt it.

And by the way, there are more than one model of Respironics REMStar M Series xPAPs. You might want to clarify just which model you have.
