Thanks, Brad. Actually, since you offered I do have a question. Have you run into any of your VPAP Auto or VPAP Auto 25 users having a problem in Spontaneous mode w/too abrupt a pressure transition from inhalation to exhalation? I've spoken to 17 Auto and Auto 25 users having this problem. For each of use it has worked to switch to Auto mode w/PS set the distance between IPAP and EPAP. My DME's RRT isn't familiar w/the Resmeds and the local Resmed Rep wasn't able to work w/my RRT and me as we had planned. He's been off sick after surgery.
I HATE the Respironics complicated setup and take down and lousy access to so little data. Altho I did buy a lightly used pre-M Series auto CPAP for a backup and when switched to my VPAP Auto from the AutoSet Vantage a pre-M Series BiPAP Auto as a backup. I wouldn't buy and M-Series period. I like ResScan much better than EncorePro - altho I do LOVE EncorePro's Daily Events Per Hour.
I've been really intrigued by the newest Fisher & Paykels and am absolutely delighted that the other manufacturers are coming around to providing fully data capable xPAPs. How is patient access to the F& Ps as compared to the Resmeds??
You wouldn't happen to have a lightly used fully data capable F&P bi-level auto you'd want to trade for a lightly used (260-270 hours on it) pre-M Series BiPAP Auto w/Bi-Flex complete except Manuals, would you?? *wicked grin*
