I'm no doctor but I think if you are still getting up that many times to use the bathroom then your pressure setting is too low. Your still not breathing right. I had the bathroom problem before the bipap and now I can sleep until 5 or 6am without having to go.
I was told that the reason that you have to go so much is your body is working hard to keep you alive and is not at rest so it is still running your organs at a regular pace.
Good luck. I know it's a hard road (I have a pressure setting of 18/14) but try to stick with it. There are worse things to have!
Well, the weight is a battle but it does not mean you won't have OSA if ya loose the weight. People who are not overweight have it and don't forget the kids who suffer from it. I think you will find if you get proper treatment that it will give you the energy to keep off the weight. I've lost 25lbs and still loosing and my therapy is still in progress, working out issues. I look on the bright side, I'm not as tired as I was.
