Thanks for the reply. I'm due to go back to the sleep doctor in May. I'll let the Dr know how I feel if I can last that long.. I did have a few days a couple of weeks ago when I actually did not get tired at work, but I was very tired when I left work driving home. I believe my setting on the cpap is 11. Not really sure. I'm sure if I could lose 30 plus pounds, that would help but 99.9% of people who lose the weight will not keep it off including me and the 10 times or more I lost 30 plus pounds only to gain it back.
Hi Janet,
I have been thinking about a good answer to your question. I am struggling between wether you should ask a couple of benin questions vs. going straight to the ADD/ADHD website info. there are a couple of news articles and study's receiently published that offer a suggestion that sleep may be the cause of hyper behavior. I am iclined to suggest the following articles:
www.msnbc.msn.com/id/22881407
www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2008/04/080407160751.htm
This is a place to start. If they want more information, They can contact me through this website and I will be happy to share my experiences with hyper behavior and sleep apnea.
