Kathleen, how long have you had your Escape II? This was your sleep lab or your DME provider who have given you only these two mask options???
Resmed, Fisher & Paykel and Respironics will replace FREE to the local DME providers most any of their masks that patients have tried and been unsuccessful with if the provider will just fill out a form and return the form and mask to the manufacturer w/in 30 days.
We are glad you joined. Here you will find information about sleep apnea, treatment options, and other sleep related disorders.
If you are fairly new to the world of sleep apnea, please check out the FAQ tab and under the Groups tab, the new users group and the collective wisdom section. You may find those of particular importance in learning the language often used on the forum, solutions to common issues patients may have, and other information you may find useful.

Please feel free to share your thoughts, ideas, comments, questions, etc.
Well, if you haven't received your reports yet, there is always the option of FAXing a WRITTEN request for 1] the doctor's dictated results (1-2 pages), 2] the full scored data summary report w/condensed graphs (5+ pages) and 3] your equipment order (script).
Creating a paper trail usually gets their attention. And if the FAX doesn't bring forth the copies the next step is a WRITTEN request sent CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED. If they haven't provided them w/in 30 days they are in violation of HIPAA and you have them by the short hairs as long as you've kept proof of your requests.
