Thanks for the kind words about the forum. We're very proud of it, and hope to see it grow as more people become aware of it. You asked how to substitute the default icon with your own photo of yourself. It's easy. Just go to "My Page" which is your profile page, and underneath the default icon, click "Change my Photo" --- should be straightforward from there, but feel free to reach out if you need any more help.

Ruth, my heart and prayers go out to you for that tiny family member in intensive care. We went thru that in 1993 and how have a healthy, active, outgoing 16 year old!!! May God bless you and yours!

Ruth I am sorry to hear about your little family member I do hope that everything turns out well! I do hope you are successful with your CPAP treatment, I know, all to well how challenging it can be, adjusting to CPAP! Good Luck to You!
