I bought the Belly Fat Fighter Diet plan and support (menus, etc) from Jorge Cruise and lost about 7.5 pounds the first week! I feel more energy now and less hungry. My belly fat has been reduced by 2 inches already! It just feels amazing. I always did really well on Atkins diet but as someone mentioned, who can really live on that diet all the time? Atkins was my diet of choice for more than 20 years but I never stayed on it for more than the amount of time it took to lose until I met my goal. Then of course, that meant yo-yo dieting. Let me say for those of you who like Atkins, you're going to love Belly Fat Fighter even more! I first found it in a magazine and can easily give you the plan here without you having to pay a dime!
You can have 15 Sugars and 6 servings of Carbs per day. Write down your count as you go through the day so you will have the running total each day and not get out of it.
1g Sugar = 1 Sugar You get 15 per day!
6 SERVINGS OF CARBS PER DAY!
>5g Carbs = 0 servings
6-20 Carbs = 2 servings
20-40 Carbs = 2 servings
40-60 Carbs = 2 servings
Exercise too! Its always a good thing to do.
