HI i was reading your profile and wondered what your temperature setting was.. if you have had nasal congestion and sinus symptoms your heater may not be high enough . thats the most common side effect of cpap is nasal issues if the humidity is to low.. maybe you have already heard this if so . sorry.. good luck steve
