    Maxine, it sounds like you've already gotten a lot of great suggestions regarding you ASV machine and the alarm issue. I agree. Waking you up with every event defeats the purpose.

    As for your RLS, did you ever get your ferritin level checked? A recent paper suggests that even with a "normal" levels of ferritin, you may still benefit from iron therapy.
