Hi, Daniel. Dan Lyons suggested that I contact you, so here I am.

I'm looking for replacement pillows for my Swift LT/LT For Her masks. The newer pillows I've recently received are terribly flimsy and end up IN my nose rather than sealing well up against it. I love both of these masks and would be happy to find "older" LT pillows (in size Medium), if possible.

I wrote to ResMed about this issue, but they've yet to respond. Any chance you can help a gal out? TIA.

    BB

Thanks for your response, Daniel. The topic of Swift LT pillows and the apparent recent change in their firmness and/or quality was discussed recently here: http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t41729/MIRAGE-SWIFT-LT-QUALITY-POLLOUTCOME-REPORT-7109.html

I haven't heard anything from ResMed yet, but I hope they're working on the problem. Thanks for trying to help me out. Appreciate it.

Thanks again, Daniel. I appreciate your suggestion re: the OptiLife. I'll look into it, since these new Swift pillows aren't working well for me.

To answer your earlier question, no, I haven't changed my cleaning regimen (nor what I use for cleaning my equipment) since I started my therapy in late 2007. I don't use an antibacterial soap, nor anything with a skin-softener in it.

Re: the recent flimsier Swift pillows, I really think it's a manufacturing issue. I'll let you know if I hear anything from ResMed. (Oh, and I'm glad you found the thread about this topic of interest.)
