All I ever say to them is "I use/want the older Adam Circuit with nasal pillows." I just learned there is a newer version. The old one has the overhead air line and the newer one has the horizontal around the head air line. I just tested with the newer one and found it had strong posibilities.
I am about 200 miles northwest of new york city in whitney point. Close, but no cigar.

I will see what I can find out. I never bothered to get details about the mask/masks when I got them.
As to where at va. again I never remember but if you started with the sleep lab, it shouldn't take long to get the right place.
I currently get all my care through the Syracuse va hospital since doctors in Binghamton won't listen to any opinions but there own. It's really not much harder to get transportation to and from Syr. or Binghamton.
