    Hi J, Their are some people in here that use pillows ,cervical collars at the top of the main page their is a box with a magnifing glass try putting key words in there to find all the referances. I dont remember  the guys name but he is married to a doctor....If you dont find it I will see if I can dredge it up ...I know its in here .Good Sleep,Chris
