i think it's great that you posted photos to the site generally -- it makes the place more colorful and personal --- hope others follow your example... but to change your profile pic, just go to your profile page, and click http://www.sleepguide.com/profiles/settings/editProfileInfo

You'll see a little icon representing what you have in there already, and you can choose to swap it out by uploading another. let me know if you have any trouble...
