My Interest in Sleep Apnea: I have Sleep Apnea
Treatment Being Used, if any: CPAP
If Machine Being Used, What Type? (e.g., Respironics M Series with A-Flex Auto-Adjusting CPAP): Uh, not really sure...It has a humidifier on it & a ramp thing so it's not blasting me right away....sorry, not much help here...
If Mask Being Used, What Type? (e.g., ResMed Activa Nasal Mask): Not much more help here...I've used several & sometimes I switch back and forth...right now it's one w/ blue gel on the nose & forehead pieces, I also have one that there's a dial that you can adjust the fit...that one's been the best so far...I just like to switch up.
