Some have found that sleeping with a backpack on will keep them from rolling over on their back. Stuff a pillow in it and put on like normal. I know another trick that helps some is to buy a t-shirt with a pocket and put a tennis ball or golf ball in the pocket and stitch it shut. Put the t-shirt on backwards and the ball will be uncomfortable to sleep on and remind you to roll on to your side. I hope this helps.
