Hey Brian, I;am one of those people[ if any] that has a big problem sleeping, first I will tell u iam not on any pressure device , iam a claustrophobia kind of person, so something on my face can't happen, my schedual, iam forcing myself to go to bed at 11pm, then up 1pm, stay up till about 3am, dwn again till 5am ish, go lay dwn within 1/2hr. up at 7am till about 8;30am, sleep till 10am, then i'am up for the day, but everyday around 3pm or so I feel exhausted so I'll nap for an hour. do you know of ant other item that might help me sleep ??
