The amazing thing Ellen, is that it doesn't blow in your eyes.  Here in the UK we've sold them to people who suffer from dry eyes and other eye conditions, and the FitLife hasn't made things any worse - in fact people have commented it's actually better, as they don't get the horrendous blast in their eyes from the conventional masks when they leak.  As with all masks, you do have to tweak them to work for you, but nothing's perfect as it's not exactly 'normal' to be wearing a mask whilst sleeping..

Take a look at the 2 reviews we got on the website (we've only been selling them a short while). http://www.hope2sleep.co.uk/products/44

Your best bet would be to see if you can try one over there.

Glad to be of help.  I think if a 'newbie' was presented with the FitLife then that would be very off-putting, but when people have tried everything (like I had) then they're willing to try anything.  Like I said, I only intended using it after my nose surgery, never dreaming I'd end up using it every night.  The secret is to sleep on the edge of your pillow so the mask overhangs, but we are bringing out a pillow soon to help with these problems.  I'm currently sleeping on the prototype with a lot of success :)
