Hi Sheryl.  Yes I have Sleep Apnea.  It's been three years now.  As a matter of fact I have an appointment with my sleep doc to discuss my recent sleep study this afternoon.

Thanks for the friend request. I happily accept.

I have a new lower pressure 8/4. My pressure had been way to high- the doc I had before just kept increasing the pressure.  This sleep study- my fifth, showed no apneas at the above pressure.  They just changed it today so I'm anxious to see my AI and AHI in the morning.  I have a ResMed BiPap machine.  How are your numbers every morning? Are you able to check them?

Hi Sheryl, Is your nose packed? are you mouth breathing? Did your sleep study say you needed less pressure on your side? Propping your self in what ever position that keeps your airway open well be the key. A recliner sitting may be useful .Good Sleep, Chris
