    What kind of mattress do you recommend for old sleep apnea patients? I'm 67 with the usual set of aches and pains that come with aging. My kids want me to get a new mattress--I'm not sure I need one but would like to know what you think.

    I'm also interested in the fact that you know about sleep disorders because you sell mattresses. Is that part of your training? If so, good for whatever company you work for. I wouldn't have expected that from a sales person.....

    THANK YOU for the inside info on the mattress! That will be helpful if and when I decide to do this.

    I don't really have problems with mobility, just some osteoarthritis here and there. As long as I keep moving, I feel pretty good (except for the sleep issue!).

    Where are you in terms of your apnea treatment?
