Hi Lori, it's good that you joined this site because the people here are so helpful with all of your questions or doubts. I't scary to find out that things have been happening when you thought you were sleeping. Now that you know about it, you can do things to help improve your sleeping and health. Whatever your treatment turns out to be, keep a positive attitude and know that in the long run, you will be feeling much better. I was having 90 events per hour and not getting much sleep at all for three years, it was horrible. I have been using a full comfort CPAP mask for two years now and the difference is remarkable in my sleep and health. Jump right into the discussions and leave replies, ask questions and start your own discussion because we are all here to help one another. Take care and be well.
Hi Lori! I'm very happy to have you join. Noticed you posted something to the members of the Weight Loss Group for Apneans that we have here, and i took the liberty to post it to the general forum, so that more people would see it. Someone did and asked you to clarify. Would you go to the following link and do that? http://www.sleepguide.com/forum/topics/nurse-feeling-scared-in-face
