I would think that one of the benefits to working from home is the ability to take a 45-minute nap. Though more employers are recognizing the value of a mid afternoon siesta and are creating quiet rooms for employees.
I just struggled through trying to read the small print about naps. It is very interesting and I found I do not know how to nap. A nap or 45 minutes or less or a nap of 90 minutes to 120 minutes is preferred. We want to complete the cycle and not wake and not wake during slow wave sleep. The longer nap is usually an entire sleep cycle. Before I was diagnosed I used to sleep like the dead for four to five hours in the middle of the day. Nothing would wake me. Now I still like to take a nap now and then, but not those long naps where I lost most of the afternoon and woke up very groggy.

Still, Sunday afternoon naps are the best.

I'm glad I already know how to nap because this print is too small to read and the view full size option doesn't work on my computer.
