Our own Dr. Park wrote this book in which he articulates his novel sleep-breathing paradigm.

    I ordered this book shortly after my diagnosis. I highly recommend it to anyone. In fact, I promised my pulmonary doctor that I would bring it to him next time I stopped in for him to read as well.

    Also, Dr Park has fantastic teleconferences and his website is packed with information.

    I have found a lot of unique info on Dr. Park's site and in his posts for components of OSA & CSA that have helped me understand what I have, why, and how to treat it. I have just ordered this book and will comment when I have a chance to review it thoroughly.

    yes, Dr. Park is a valuable asset to this forum and the sleep apnea community generally. we are very lucky to have him here.
