I am wondering why it was decided to keep the pressure constant on cpap machines, originally.

Also, do you know why flow limitation occurs?

I am waiting for the new Resmed S9 to release their BIPAP version (APAP).  Their current BIPAP version has an adjustment for in-pressure and out-pressure differentials.  Will that work instead of a BIPAP?
