Looks like June sometime will be the due date. I'll know something more definitive after our ultrasound Tuesday. I'm just wondering if it's one or two in there!

Amott1973--hey, congratulations on your upcoming little miracle!! When's your due date?
I think you may be having our first SleepGuide baby if Mike and Melinda don't beat you to it!!

I'm very happy for you--after all that work to get pregnant, you must be delighted beyond words.....

Thanks! We're really excited. Now if I can just not gain 40lbs with this pregnancy I'll be doing well!

Well I lost 40 lbs on weightwatchers between Mothers day and last weekend. And then had to quit... because I'm pregnant! We're so excited! Losing the weight surely helped us to get pregnant finally (along with a lot of fertility meds). I do have to stop the WW, but I'm still tracking what I eat and trying to make good choices. It won't do me any good to regain all the 40 lbs I just lost!

Well, I finally lost some weight. 10 pounds so far in less than a month. I am going to a certified nutritionist and wearing the GoWearFit band which is great for tracking exercise. Hope to reach my goal by March. Kind of like eating food that doesn't make me sick, imagine that!

Hi all, I'm Leslie. Used cpap for 7 years. Went on in 2002. Through the process of figuring out I had multiple sleep disorders, I was able to lose 60 lbs (I was as high as 265) and as of January my cpap was discontinued. (still over 200, but down to 205).

Granted, I have always been a shallow breather even when I was thin, so I have to use oxygen when I am asleep now instead of the cpap. There are times I wish I was back on the cpap... But the good part is, if I leave town, unless I am going Up, I don't have to take my oxygen with me. (only on it because of our altitude). In the mean time, I work in a sleep lab and keep teasing my boss we need to put up before and after pictures.

I have lost 60 lbs, but still have a ways to go. Need at least another 50. Looking forward to the support here.

I am working on it now Mike. I hit 267 lbs before I saw the error of my ways. I am down to 258 lbs. My goal is is 240. that would be a loss of 10%. I play volleyball, and rollerblade as much as possible. No real workout routine as of yet. i am working on turning one of my garage bays into an exercise area.

Rock, did you ever take off your "pregnancy weight"?
