What Rock Hinkle was referring to as the link to "the forbidden fruit". *giggle* The Clinicians Manuals are copyriighted material by the manufacturers. The manufacturers do browse these apnea support forums on a regular basis. They could decided to "go after" the websites that have posted the pdfs of the Clinicians Manuals to either remove them or face prosecution. THAT would deprives us of the benefit of those manuals.
As far as information on how to access the Clinicians Menus on our PAPs and change PAP pressure settings, it is illegal for sleep professionals AND OTHERS to change the therapy settings on SOMEONE ELSE's PAP, but it is NOT illegal for us to change the therapy settings on our own PAPs. However, its another area when it is information best shared backchannel via PM or e-mail.
