Curious how old we are as a group . . . if you're comfortable responding, please do.  I'm 36 and have Sleep Apnea.

I am 70 and was diagnosed at 68, but I think I have had Sleep Apnea all of my adult life. I fell asleep driving in my 20s.
I am 65 and have been a CPAP user for about 15 years.
I am 53. I was diagnosed 9 years ago. Getting a cpap machine, gave me my live back.
Hi, My name is Susan Goldman. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea last December. I was told to loose weight and use good sleep hygiene to deal with the apnea. I use no other means to cope with it. I go through the day feeling lethargic. I am 56 years old.
Steph here is "21" (code for born in 1953) and she has RLS and OSA.
I will be 50 in May.
