Virginia, as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum.  We are all about sleep- sleep disorders, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, support teams, problems with gear and getting used to the machine- anything you can come up with.

I've been encouraging new members to post in a new discussion a short intro if you feel like posting.  I'm hoping we can keep the forum fresh and lively with lots of posters.  Still, if you just want to lurk that's fine, too.
