Hello, just trying to get a feel for this site, and not sure how much I will use it.

My wife snores ALOT!! Does that mean she has Sleep Apnea?

I have been diagnosed with it and have the CPAP thing... I cannot use it!!

The only difference I see with it is that I now NOTICE that I stop breathing. Before, I was oblivious to it.

I also tried the stretchy thing you put on your head and pull it down accross your chin. It is supposed to keep the jaw forward. With that thing, I can hear myself snoring very loudly.

My next thing will be the Dental route. Has anyone had any success with any of these things?
