Margaret,
as a member of the SleepGuide Crew I would like to welcome you to the forum. I see you may have sleep apnea from your profile and are using CPAP. If you have any questions about treatment we disuss all modes of treatment- CPAP, AUTO Bilevel, ASV, dental devices, Provent, position changes in the way you're sleeping, wearing a soft cervical collar, and the new electrial implant undergoing testing. We try to help you problem solve about mask problems, machine problems, and anything thing else- docs, dme's, family and friend support.
Anything about sleep or lack of it is up for discussion. I'm glad you feel free to post. Thanks for your input about the water.
