Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.It helps me to know that God cares and wants me to talk to Him about everything, including my cpap frustrations -- and the frustrations of still being tired. It also means that peace is a gift, not something I need to work up.
