Hi, Faye!

The liner that we sent you for the Eson might work with the Wisp, it just might be a little bit big, but you can definitely try it out. It should prevent leaks, which means that you won't have to have the mask so tight, which will should greatly increase your comfort! Let me know how it goes or if you have any other questions!

Hi, Faye!

If you ordered the RemZzzs on Tuesday, you should get them shortly, if you have not already received them.

You said that your DME provider does not carry RemZzzs and I would love to help remedy that for you! If you would like to PM me, I can give you our contact info and they can call us for samples & more information and we work with them to possibly order them for you.

We were covered by Medicare for 3 years, however, back in March they notified us that they are no longer considering RemZzzs to be a covered expense. Now, here's how it works, most insurance companies base their reimbursement rates and determine what they are going to cover based on what Medicare covers. I have been told that there are a few companies that still do cover it, but most are now considering RemZzzs to be a cash only item. We are appealing the decision, but as of right now, we do not have valid insurance billing codes. I would be willing to speak with you privately on this.

I hope that answers your questions. If you need clarification, please feel free to let me know!

hifay, Bayside is a Sentara Facility (Sentara Bayside) and I was most impressed with the quality and professionalism of their sleep lab.  I had my appointment within a week of my sleep study and Dr. Maglaya is not always booked up- he's easy to get an appointment with.

Yes. I use SleepWeaver every night and I find it to be the most comfortable mask available. In fact, I can hardly wear any other. But then I am biased, since my company makes SleepWeaver and I developed the product.

I see Dr. Maglaya at Bayside Hospital Sleep Disorder Center.  I have also seen I.A. Barot in Chesapeake (he also has an office in Suffolk) who is a neurologist, but I didn't like him very much after a while.  I think his sleep disorder practice just got too big.  Dr. Barot has his own sleep lab in Chesapeake and Dr. Maglaya uses the sleep lab which is is in Bayside Hospital. I think Dr. Maglaya is a pulmonologist, but couldn't swear to that.  Both doctors are certified in sleep medicine.
