hey big sky.....i am still on cpap and it has been a slow process of desensitization for six weeks now....i can now sleep with it all night. i know, however that my pressure is still not right. i started at 7cm and have slowly adjusted upward to 9cm in 0.2cm increments. i am doing a little better but i know i'm not there yet. i was told that it is like training for a marathon, and i agree. i can also see on my zeo that my archetecture is still far from good. by the way, all it takes is to have a slight arrousal to feel crappy. if you wake up every two minutes for just 3 seconds(like me) then you will feel crappy(UARS). and yes, all of the "professionals" that commented on the zeo so close mindedly were pretty lame.....they denounced it without knowing anything about it....i guess they feel threatened by something that could eventually eliminate the need for clinic sleep studies....anyway, when my wife used it, i got to see the sleep archetecture that i am shooting for. i do not take anything to help me sleep with the cpap, but at first i could only sleep with it for an hour or two at a pressure of 7cm....overtime i have gotten to were i can sleep all night at a pressure of 9cm.....that is not to say that i don't wake up alot. last night my zeo said i woke 13 times in eight hours....ouch....got a ways to go....
