Hi Mary,

I was getting a little concerned, just wanted to make sure you were ok. It's funny (not really) that you mentioned calling your doctor and his response to you....

I went to my Sleep Doc on Friday, I told him how much Sleep Guide has helped me. I mentioned to him that there is so much to learn about OSA and I couldn't imagine having to call him every time I had a question. He laughed. I laughed back at him and said, "you think it's funny but it's not, how are we supposed to become educated and informed patients when this OSA condition doesn't come with a manual?" "There is no way you could return every patients phone call, there are not enough hours in the day. I told him to check this out and tell me what he thinks at my next appointment. We'll see if he does or not. I think he understood that in no way was I trying to be rude, just wanted to express my opinion.

I think it would be best for you to find another Doc. Because sleep medicine is not an exact science, each doctor has his/her own ideas and therapy plans. I hope you are able to find one with good credentials.

Wishing you a better night's sleep,

Donna
