Just viewed (with interest) your website.  Going to try a few more nights with my Swift LT for Her.  If not satisfied plan to ask for Swift FX .  When I have the one best for me will be ordering from you.  Right now it is just not comfortable on my cheeks~I am a side sleeping person and sometimes the pressure under my nose hurts too. I have trouble just getting the adjustment of the straps correct. What feels fine at 9 PM does not at 2 AM!  If you know what I mean?

Hi Karen
I ordered the mask liner for Mirage Quattro mask from you this week and I'm so hoping it will solve my sore nose problem, any idea how long it will take to get to me in the UK?

Hi, Karen:

I am so sorry it appears that I took a long time to answer your comment.

I actually answered it right away but while trying to find some information for you I accidently closed my browser. It was late.

Yes “Pat the Tat Rat” (alter ego) is wearing the “Tat Chat Heart” by LaRae Mikulecky. You can find the pattern on her web site. You might have to google a little, or let me know where to send the link.

It was one of my first projects, but I am still amazed by how LaRae changes the ring sizes to shape the heart.

I only tatted seriously for a short time, and off and on since then. I am taking a Bobbin Lace Class (since August), but I do hope to tat more in the future.

Look for me occasionally online in addition to Pat the Tat Rat I have been know mostly as Tatted Thread Bear.

Hi Karen,
Mike told me that you are the lady that makes the Snuggle Fleece Covers! I was never so thrilled as when I saw them on Direct Home Medical's website, and immediately ordered a 6' cover in the pink tiedye color and absolutely love it and don't know that I could live without it now! Thank you for coming up with the idea and for making such a fabulous product for us PAP users!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you make anything else that would keep the head gear from making red marks on my face? I currently use the ResMed Mirage Swift II nasal pillows mask, and the straps that hold the nasal pillows on my face are making red marks and are a little uncomfortable. I would love to have something soft like the Snuggle Fleece Hose Cover for those straps!!!!!!!!
Please let me know if you have anything available, and if so, what it is and where I can get it.
I have also invited you to be a "friend" on sleepguide.com

Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing from you!

Karen,

I have a buddy on CPAP who needs something for the bridge of his nose. He's on the Quattro nasal mask. He has a large nose. Do you have anything for him?

Ah, the famous creator of PadACheek ! Karen, it is an honor to have you join us. I have followed some of your posts on other forums, and am very impressed by your knowledge in this area, and ability to help people tolerate CPAP. If you have any ideas about this site or anything else, please feel free to let us know!

Best,
Mike

Karen, I'm glad you found a mask that suits you. The mask is such a critical part of the whole thing and tends to be the spot where people have the most trouble. You might want to check out this blog that i wrote on the site: http://www.sleepguide.com/profiles/blogs/why-cpap-is-getting-an. It's about the new product lines coming out just for women. Wonder whether this will in fact appeal more to women than the current offerings...
