If you are fairly new to the world of sleep apnea, please check out the FAQ tab and under the Groups tab, the new users group and the collective wisdom section. You may find those of particular importance in learning the language often used on the forum, solutions to common issues patients may have, and other information you may find useful.

- John, sorry you got a noisy machine, I've had three ResMeds and been satisfied with the noise level on all of them, though this last one is the loudest as it is the most powerful. I've had some masks that are really noisy, though. Good luck with it, hang in there. If you post this as a new discussion folks may have some ideas on how to lowere the noise level. One that comes to mind is having the machine lower than the bed.
