I'm out of my league w/the Respironics and the ASVs, etc. However, try posting this same question in the cpaptalk.com apnea support forum. You may well even be able to get a copy of the Clnicians Manual in pdf and an answer. I didn't think any of the Respironics had any way of detecting or identifying CSAs. I doubt you would get any respones at all from any of the RT forums since you are not an RT.
