Hi!!

'Morning, Chuck....good to hear from you and glad you're venturing onto the site this soon. You'll find that everyone on here will be as warm and welcoming as I. We love having new people join our group 'cause it's the BEST!! Having said that, you're welcome! You may find it's kind of a "pass it forward" kind of thing. If you see someone new coming on, you or anyone else is welcome to reach out and welcome THAT new person. It all just builds on itself, which is pretty neat to be a part of--everybody wins!!!

Do you feel comfortable sharing some of your story with us? Or do you have a question that's been on your mind? (If you're like many of us, you may have a gazillion questions!!!). Regardless, please feel free to jump in. If you want a multi-opinion response, which can be very interesting, try starting with a new discussion topic. If you headline it with "I'm new" or "Help" or something that alerts folks that you're just starting out, things will pop!!

You're about to begin a journey that can literally be life-changing and/or life saving. To say nothing of having some unexpected fun from time to time!!

Hi Charles--welcome to SleepGuide! You've just joined a group of the most compassionate and dynamic people you'd ever want to meet. We're so happy to have you!

Don't let the slow commentary on here today disappoint you. It's just because of the holiday weekend. On a regular basis this site is a beehive of activity. People may be on and off till Tuesday but then you'll get a glimpse of what's in store for you. Meantime, if you haven't already, you might want to take a look at the current discussions going on and feel FREE to add any reply you like. The discussions are always open to any member, and that now includes YOU! This is THE place to get info, support, and cyber-companionship on this journey of sleep apnea. (Some folks, like me, who are rowdier, or ruder, may describe it in any other terms at times!!). It ain't no fun, as you've probably already discovered. But there's fun to be had in being with this group, so hang in there till Tuesday and it'll start to rip all over again! If it's okay with you, I'm gonna send a friend request to you--that just means, if you accept, that friends on SG kinda keep an eye on each other and, basically, pay attention to what each may be going through. Or it can mean you'd just like to have a friend out here who cares what your concerns are. Again, welcome, and I'll look forward to seeing you online!!
