I have read two different articles now on vitamin B6. I also bought a box of an "all natural" sleep aid that had B6 as it's second ingredient. (Calcium was the first). I'm confused. I thought B vitamins were taken for energy, a direct contradiction to sound sleep. Can anybody shed some light on what role B6 plays in promoting quality sleep? Thanks.
Kate, I could not find any reputable references about this. Many resources cite the importance of B6, but they're probably selling it. Do a google search, but remember you need a reputable source.
