Janna, it's an interesting study, in my case it's the opposite, I love the cooler nights and find my AHI goes up in Summer, I think it's due to my body temperature raising and things like humidity, so that depends on which part of the world we live in. I always find I can get warm but find it very difficult to get cool unless I have the AC running all night which I don't do.
