Amazon has a "look inside" on this book.  Looks like there is a 2010 edition too.  Contributors include professionals from all over the world. This is oriented toward medical professionals, with articles covering a wide range of sleep related issues, from a range of medical specialties.  It may be worth a purchase if you see one or more articles related to something you have a particular interest in, as a patient; if you are a sleep professional - a very good overview of current info.
