do you think it has anything to do with the light itself, or do you have the blinds drawn/closed?
Wasn't there a post on here that talked about the cycles of the moon and sleep? I could be wrong or could have read it somewhere else. It would only make sense that the moon cycles affect our sleep cycles. they seem to have an effect on everything else.
A full moon does bring out some "strange" habits in human nature.

When I first was told of some of the things, my response was - No Way! I was soon a believer. The cycle was not hard to see.

I am sure you can explain away some of the associations, but I still dread the full moon cycle.

In so far as my sleep cycle, I have never been attentive to it, but Thanks (LOL) now I will be.

BTW – Full Moon is Tuesday the 7th.
I have had a busy weekend and I work 4 days straight this week before doing a King's island run on Friday with the family. I will try to figure out where I read on sleep and the cycle's of the moon and post it here.
would be very interested in what kind of effect this has.

Alright you guys this is kind of freaky. This is my third night of a three night stretch (you folks that work 12-hour nights know what I'm talking about) and I've not been able to sleep all three days. Now I read here that the moon is full right now! My coworker hasn't been able to sleep either. I think I do not want to work during the full moon. So maybe there is something to this cycle thing. I do have sleeping issues monthly but not always as bad as this week. I think I need an emergency stash of sleeping pills.

Nice thread by the way.
