I just started using auto cpap( Setting A-flex, humidifier at 2, Pressure from 4-20- It usually uses around 7). i am using regularly for 2 months. I had  some memory problem before but I am subjectively thinking that my memery is some what worse after i started to use this. Anyone else felt this? or it is possible to hav suttle depression after starting to use this and that is causing some worsening? Do i need to change the setting to c-flex from A-flex/ Should i change from autopap to CPAP?

It seems like we all just take needing a machine to keep us breathing at night in stride. The reality is that this is a chronic disease and life altering experience. It's perfectly natural and common to experience some depression after this diagnosis.

I would talk to your doc about tightening up the pressure range so that you get a more efficient therapy.
