I haven't tried these myself, but I've heard that they work for some people -- it's definitely worth a shot. by the way, what helped me eliminate/reduce mask leak was wearing the Respironics Premium chinstrap

I am just trying to eliminate yet another strap.
I use chin-up strips every night. I find the white strips adhere best. I have applied them when using a dental appliance and a Swift II Nasal Pillow mask. They even stick two-plus days without shaving. At first they didn't work well till I figured how to apply them so they would keep my mouth shut. It may take a few attempts to get them to stick properly.

I wouldn't go another night without them.
